Gregg’s journey in education began back in 1996 (yes, that long ago! 😊) as an elementary school teacher in New York and has since built an extensive career in teaching, training, and academic consultancy. With nearly three decades of experience, he continues to inspire and support both teachers and students worldwide. His educational philosophy is grounded in the principle of filotimo: a Greek word that captures the spirit of “doing good” with kindness, integrity, and heart. This philosophy drives his belief that education should not only build skills but also shape lives. Gregg is an energetic international speaker who loves connecting with audiences on themes such as Personal and Professional Development, Soft Skills, Student Motivation, and, most importantly, Having Fun while learning.
What: Jollification! Time to have fun with games and activities in your classroom
Jollification! Time to have fun with games and activities in your classroom. Truth be told, teaching can sometimes be a tedious task, especially when students are disengaged, and the flow of the lesson is broken. What can we do at that moment to re-engage our students? Let’s take a look at some ideas that will surely spark your students’ interest and increase participation making your lesson memorable!
What: Teachers, are we exhausted superheroes? It is time to work on “us”!
Our role as a teacher is multifaceted; seen as a counselor, a confidant, a facilitator, a motivator, a coach and even as a superhero in the eyes of our students! We may find ourselves with our batteries empty. So, my fellow superheroes, join me in this reflective talk as there is no better time than NOW to work on “US”!

Teodora Naiba started her teaching career in 1999 in Cluj-Napoca and has extensive experience in teacher training and online course moderation. She has been working online with teachers from different parts of the world and believes that teaching English provides a great opportunity to integrate a wide range of skills into education and inspire students. Developing life skills in teaching and training, as well as finding creative and innovative teaching methods while preserving essential educational values, has been one of her many areas of interest.
What: Creative teachers, creative learners: because inspiration is contagious
As teachers of English, we already juggle grammar, reading, critical thinking… and now creativity too? But creativity isn’t just another box to tick. It’s a way of thinking, a habit of mind, a little bit of controlled chaos. This workshop explores what creativity actually means and why the best thing you can do is catch the bug yourself. Creativity is contagious and it starts with you.
